Service Description

2026 is here and with that we say let's practice together!! Join us to celebrate the new moon with gentle yoga, sound bath and rituals. This is an all levels practice but space is very limited to 10ppl. Also, please note that for the Winter months we will come together on WEDNESDAYS. Bring an extra blanket and comfy clothes to stay warm while you rest to the sounds of bowls, bells & chimes following a comforting gentle yoga practice.
