Service Description
If you are brand new to sourdough making (or coming back after a long hiatus and just need a starter..), we would love to have you share space with us and let the baking begin! In this class you will make a starter and learn everything you need to bake your own homemade sourdough bread. We will talk about equipment, timing, ingredients as well as sample Michelle's bread with local homemade jams AND sample some delicious and local honey. Winter is the perfect time to bake & sourdough is a wonderful homemade gift to offer for all occasions. We are so excited to share this with you!

Cancellation Policy
We would love to not charge for no-shows, however; we no longer can. IF you are going to miss your appointment we REQUIRE that you call or text us to let us know. We hold the time for you that can be offered to another should you not let us know. You will be charged the entire fee of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
