Handmade Soaps, Candles & Body Products
we handmake ALL of our products in house using limited ingredients and minimal plastic. every ingredient in every product is there for a reason vs fillers found in mass produced alternatives. we do not use ANY preservatives or synthetic emulsifiers as well as offer customization for people with allergies or aversions to certain scents. please pop in and ask for a sample of anything as we prefer you try before you buy so that you get exactly what you need.

we believe that yoga (like books & music) is meant to be shared and are fortunate to offer yoga classes for all levels at several of the best studios in our area. we also offer private yoga instruction, as well as teaching through the Love Your Brain Foundation for people with traumatic brain injuries.
