Accommodations:

The Warwick Center is a county-comfortable, city-close & estate-like little treasure located 1-1/2 hours from NYC. The rooms are private to semi-private depending on your needs.  Each room sleeps up to 3 people comfortably.  Our group has a private wing with 2 bathrooms. We have our own private yoga/sunroom where we practice, meditate and hang out.  The dining hall is very spacious with open seating and tables.  Meals are buffet style and will accommodate all dietary needs deliciously.  The town of Warwick is adorable with many shoppes and cafes and is less than 2 miles away.

All rates include:

5 meals (dinner Friday night is not included, however; we will go into town to The Conscious Fork for dinner together)

2 nights

5 yoga sessions including Flow, Restorative, Meditation, Nidra and Chanting
